Property check

We inspect the current condition of the property, determine the rental price and take professional photos.

Publication rental advertisement

We draft the rental ad and publish it on 20+ platforms. This creates maximum exposure among house seekers.

Viewings

We review all responses and schedule a viewing session with prospective tenants who qualify.

Screening

We will extensively screen interested tenants in cooperation with our partners Huurcheck Nederland and BKR.

Tenancy agreement

After the final selection, we draft the tenancy agreement.

Key handover

Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid we schedule the key handover including check-in report.

No brokerage fees, but a fixed low amount per month

When we handle both rental mediation and day-to-day property management, we do not charge a brokerage fee. As a result you, as a property owner, are immediately faced with significant cost savings.
