Appraisal Guidance
Price: €80 including VAT per hour
As a real estate investor, you may be in the process of (re)financing your investment property or real estate portfolio. In most cases, an appraiser will want to inspect the investment property on site to perform an accurate valuation. It is highly recommended that you accompany the appraiser during this process, provide information about the investment property and, if necessary, provide access to all rooms so that the appraiser can prepare a complete report.
If desired, you can count on us for full on-site guidance, so that you can concentrate on your core tasks as a real estate investor. We take responsibility for the entire accompaniment so that you can work on your investment strategies without worries.
Full guidance of valuation
In addition to providing on-site guidance, we can handle the entire appraisal process for you if desired. We have a nationwide network of licensed appraisers, many of whom are licensed to appraise for all reputable financial institutions.
