Risks
Determining rent carries some risks. If you rent out a property in the free sector when it actually belongs in the social sector based on the number of points, your tenants may take you to the Rent Commission. On the other hand, you also run the risk of allocating too few points to the property, causing you to charge a lower rent than is justified. This causes you to unnecessarily lose rental income.
