Providing documents
How nice that you are interested in renting housing through City Estate! To be considered for the living space, we ask you to answer some questions and provide documents. With the information received, we can then conduct the screening process and select the final tenant.
Keep ready in advance:
- Pay stubs for the past 3 months (salaried)
- Annual figures for the past 3 years (self-employed)
- 3 recent bank statements showing that wages were actually transferred
- Employer Statement
- Landlord Statement
- Employment Agreement
- Passport / ID card
Please note! If you do not provide the above documents correctly or completely, your file will not be processed and you will not have a chance to win the available housing.
Once your file is complete, the screening process takes about 3 business days on average.
